How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, and communicate about a potential engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Website operation

Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Technical request data, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information, may be recorded by those services for operation and security. This website does not add advertising trackers or a separate visitor analytics service.

Email preferences

If you use the unsubscribe form, your email address is sent to our email-list provider, Kit, to process that request. Existing email links may include your address so the form can be filled in for you. Unsubscribing requires you to submit the form.

Service providers and external links

We use AWS for website hosting and inquiry delivery, and Kit for product email preferences. Following a link to Job Shack or another website takes you to a separate service with its own privacy information.

Retention and requests

Inquiry correspondence may be retained for follow-up and business records. Contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review your request and any records we need to retain.
